Rebecca and Philidor (husband and wife if real life) have been making each other laugh for years. Their passion for the absurd, the ridiculous the way too much cheese was what attracted them to each other in the first place. Now watch out as their craziness, jealousy, a couple live arguments despite an undeniable connection, will leave you in stitches. They have developed their own unique style of comedy that takes the best and worst of each person mixes it all up and…makes you laugh! Love songs, hula hoops and humour, what more can you ask for?
HOSTING
Becky and Philippe love MCing together. Their passion is catering their craziness to suit any event! They can be totally straight and classy to completely ridiculous, over the top and cheesy… or anywhere in between. Between the two of them, they have 5 clown / circus / singing numbers that can make an event pop or add a comic flare to a line up of circus performers.
SHE SINGS
In this eery, comic yet tragic number we explore love, loss and nostalgia. A grieving man has lost his diva wife and he is remembering what it was like when she was still alive, singing, with him, a part of him. He gives her back her voice and makes her dance, even if it’s only for brief, ethereal moment in his memory. As happens when we fall in love, two beings become one and bodies intertwine and we forget and remember and forget and remember who is who.
NOW OR NEVER
The star singer, Philidor Charmant has lost his assistant but his eccentric wife, Rebecca Charmant, comes to the rescue! For her it’s a dream come true, for him, it might be a nightmare! Philidor desperately hopes Rebecca will remember all of her cues. Rebecca can’t for the life of her figure out what to wear. In the end jealously trumps all of her clothing decisions… and Philidor has to deal with the unfortunate consequences.
